Wedding: Laurel & Derek

Laurel & Derek's Riverlodge Place Wedding was everything a photographer could ask for! I started the day off spending a bit of time with Derek while he finished up his vows after getting ready, and then headed over to hang out with all the ladies as they counted down the hours... and then minutes until we did the final drive for Laurel to say 'I Do' to the man of her dreams.

You could tell how much planning was put into this day, and the build up of anticipation and excitement everyone was feeling. The lodge was a perfect backdrop to showcase these two share their love with each other and all of their guests. It was beautiful and heartfelt.

After the ceremony concluded we were able to get through some family photos... but the crowd was going wild at the opportunity for the Thompson Drive parade. We managed to get to the Parade with enough time to spare for some stunning bridal portraits in between the little showers.

I'm so happy I was able to share in their wedding story. <3
